Kelly Amrhein

Role and Responsibilities

As human resource director at The Commons, Kelly manages recruiting efforts, facilitating learning and development initiatives, administering benefits, driving organizational development and fostering associate engagement.

Milestones

Kelly holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Framingham State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University, also graduating summa cum laude.​

Personal Interests

When she is not at The Commons, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, boating, gardening and volunteering.
