At Growing Together, we shared the exciting details of our expansion, including 28 new apartment homes and charming cottages. As the vibrant colors of fall envelop our community, guests experienced an afternoon of connection and personalized attention that defines the extraordinary lifestyle at The Commons in Lincoln.

Imagine. A brighter future. Designed in conjunction with The Commons’ campus-wide decarbonization study, the expansion reflects a forward-thinking approach to sustainability. All new homes will be designed with high-performance materials that are certified by the Home Energy Rating System (HERS) and will be all-electric to reduce dependence on the grid.

The project aligns with Lincoln’s newly adopted building code, promoting the highest energy efficiency standards to help the state achieve a net-zero economy by 2050. Ongoing collaboration between residents and management will continue improving our conservation efforts.
