Holly Dineen

A graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston, Director of Sales & Marketing, Holly Dineen, has a background in digital media sales and advertising. Before coming to The Commons, she specialized in memory care startup communities for nearly a decade. It is with this knowledge that she helped to open The Commons and later helped manage Assisted Living operations.

Holly says the best part of her job is the team approach to helping the community’s residents and their families. She says Benchmark’s values resonate throughout the community and the associates. “No matter where I send a friend or referral, I know they will have a positive experience,” she says.

“I really enjoy that every day is different, and that I am helping someone, whether it’s a professional, associate, resident or their family member.”
