Megan Bailey
Role and Responsibilities
Megan Bailey became director of customer experience after five years as fitness specialist at The Commons. She works with prospective residents through each stage of their senior living journey. When a prospect is ready to become a resident, Megan manages the apartment home renovation process, acting as a liaison between them and the contractor, subcontractors and architects to help bring the residents’ vision to life.
Industry Expertise
Megan came to The Commons in July 2018 as the fitness specialist. In this role, she built strong connections within the community, which she credits to her growth and ultimate promotion to her current role as director of customer experience.
Passion for Senior Care
Megan found her love for working with older adults through an internship in hospital rehab & cardiology services. “I am passionate about educating people on the choices they have for their future and helping them find the right fit for their next step,” she says.
Milestones
Megan is a graduate of Plymouth State University.
Personal Interests
When she is not at work, New Hampshire native Megan enjoys skiing in the winter and spending time on the state’s lakes and ocean in the summer.
